Sunny Delight - Family Friendly - Great Neighborhood!

Welcome to Sunny Delight! This home has it all, it's decorated and furnished in a classic Coastal Style creating that seaboard cottage feel; while still including luxurious beds to Wi-Fi, Karoake system and Roku outfitted Smart TV's which has streaming options and free TV. This home has majestic sunsets from 3 amazing balconies and outside deck.

Home is filled with windows, 3 balconies and a large front porch that provides a lot of natural light. Visiting chefs will love the fully equipped large kitchen - all ready to help you prepare full dinners.

The downstairs area is perfect for family time by hammocking together, grilling, or just hanging out at the bar. Don't forget to wash the sand off in the outdoor shower!

Close to water slide, shopping, restaurants and situated in the immaculate Sand Castle subdivision.

The spacious master bedroom has a large private bathroom with a large jacuzzi tub, a private balcony with chairs and table, and a private coffee bar with mini fridge. The 19' ceilings and large windows make sure that you wake up to a beautiful view and lots of natural sunlight. There are also black out curtains if you prefer the darkness to sleep in a few extra hours.

Luxurious kitchen awaits with a large island to spread out on, stainless appliances, and comes fully equipped with pots and pans, wine glasses, blender, toaster, etc.

Living area has Roku enabled TV with surround sound and there is a large bluetooth speaker that doubles as a karaoke system. The couches are theater room recliners that are super comfortable. There is also a blowup mattress that can be placed in the middle of the living room for extra guests. All rooms have Roku enabled TV's.

Balcony next to living room has an extra dining table and mosquito netting all around perfect for late night meals or just for enjoying the breeze without having to worry about annoying bugs! Each balcony has furniture for seating and enjoying the view. The front of house deck has 4 comfortable chairs to enjoy the ocean view and sea breeze. Downstairs bar area has electrical outlets for speakers or making your favorite summer drinks, 4 Bar stools, outdoor enclosed shower area, two large tables, Charcoal Grill, and two super comfortable hammocks.

Sunny Delight sits on a very quiet, private part of Crystal Beach which provides the perfect environment for kids to ride their bikes and play outside, yet still being close to all the shops, stores, and restaurants.

Although the beach is just a short walk away, having a golf cart is very convenient and lots of fun. We offer guests an exclusive option to rent a 4 passenger electric golf cart. Contact owner directly about renting the golf cart.

Airbnb Reservations with Pets:
Dog friendly property for a fee of $100 per stay (includes up to 2 small dogs). $50/additional small dog and $75 per large dog (with owner permission). Must be PRE-APPROVED. Please be transparent, that's all we ask! Airbnb Software does not give an option to add pets to your reservation, we must be notified in order to add the pet fee. While we welcome dogs and understand pets are like family, we ask you to be mindful of the furniture and bedding as they are not for pet use. We recommend bringing a dog bed or blanket so they are comfortable. Any bedding used for dogs will incur an additional cleaning fee and/or replacement charge. Some dogs prefer to have their crates in unfamiliar territory and don't forget their feeding dishes too! We appreciate your understanding.

Cleaning fee of $200 (includes $25 exterior cleaning fee) covers standard cleaning and sanitizing services. Renter still required to pick up and leave the home generally as they found it.

Extras Provided: Trash bags, 2 rolls of paper towels per stay, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom per stay, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, enough laundry detergent to wash the linens, etc. Some foil, handy wrap, and zip-lock bags are also provide (quantities may vary). We also provide some sunscreen, mosquito repellent, and tanning lotion. However these might be used up by previous guests so be sure to bring extra just in case.

Guests have access to a lockable garage room on the ground level. The charcoal grills are located here. There are also a variety of beach tools and games, but these are items are not guarantied to be available.

All rental homes are privately owned. Homeowner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur while guest is at the property.
Homeowner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of guest.
By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of harm arising from their use of the property or others whom they invite to use the property.
