This 1430sq foot, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo features a 30 foot private beach-front balcony, high speed wireless internet and free beach service March 1st through the Sunday after Thanksgiving. (Monthly reservations do not receive complimentary beach set-ups.) This spacious condo was recently renovated and offers a king size bed in the master bedroom with custom walk-in shower in the attached bathroom. The guest bedroom is equipped with 2 queen beds and the attached bathroom will feature a tub/shower combo. It offers an under counter ice maker, full size washer and dryer, and one dedicated, covered parking space in the garage.

This condo is non-smoking. For monthly reservations in this unit, please contact the Destin Gulfgate office directly.

Destin Gulfgate Never Disappoints
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Have been coming here yearly for 2 decades. Walking distance to arcade, restaurant & bar. Breath taking views. Unit was updated nicely, fully stocked kitchen, super comfy beds. Beach is never super crowded. Pool was a great retreat when ocean was too rough to swim. Spacious condos & large balcony. Couldn't ask for anything better.

Memorial Week Visit
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Gulfgate is absolutely beautiful. We have stayed here for several years and will continue to stay here in the future. The workers and the beach service are top notch with the most gorgeous views in Destin. While the condo as a whole was nice, the water pressure in the master bath was terrible, almost to the point of dripping. Maintenance checked it out and said there were no visible problems. We have stayed in other units on this property and have never had this issue. The kitchen sink did not have hot water which maintenance had to come fix as well. This problem was corrected. Lastly the ceiling is extremely thin. We could hear every single noise above us and the family wasn't purposely trying to be loud. Again, we have stayed in several units at Gulfgate and have not had this problem in other units. As a whole, I would highly recommend Destin Gulfgate as your place to stay.
