Set sail to beautiful Port Isabella! This beachside home has all the extras you’re looking for - an elevator, 3 covered decks, 2 living areas, chef’s kitchen, and close proximity to the beach. Easily accommodate up to 12 of your closest friends and family!

Cool coastal colors and plush furnishings welcome you as soon as you step inside. The big windows let in lots of natural light, and the sectional sofa makes movie nights easy. Use the game table to work a puzzle or challenge each other to cards during your beach break. The nearby chef’s kitchen is fully-equipped with pots, pans, and utensils - everything you need to create a delicious family meal. Just stock the abundant storage space with all your favorite beach snacks and groceries.

You’ll love the convenience of the residential elevator when it comes to unloading the car. It serves all levels, so it’s easy to drop off suitcases at all bedrooms. On the main level, the primary king suite boasts deck access and an en suite bath with vessel sinks and a walk-in shower. There’s also a bedroom with a twin bed, laundry room and full bath (shower only) down the hall.

Upstairs, the queen bedroom shares a full bath with a walk-in shower & soaking tub with the bunk bedroom. There’s also a second living area with a TV, wet bar, and deck access.

Lounge on your choice of 3 decks or head down to the ground level patio for a family barbeque. Rinse off in the convenient outdoor shower after running around in the sand & saltwater all day. The beach is only a neighborhood walk away, so be sure to pack your beach cart for fun in the sun!

PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.

Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.

Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. Bunk beds and sleeper sofas will have a freshly laundered linen bundle available for your use.

We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.

GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand 'N Sea Properties is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal.

We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at any Sand `N Sea vacation homes.

Spring Break '24
Carpet in living space was a trip hazard. The grand parents about busted their butts on it a couple of times and we ended up placing bar stools on the corners to force us all to go around the carpet. Back door did not work well, one of the locking spikes fails to retract fully, but once we did get it closed we no longer used that back door. The side kitchen door blinds are busted at the bottom, looks like a dog was chewing on them, in turn the holding plate is gone and those blinds swing all over the place when going in/out of the house. We just drew them up to minimize the swing. Patio under the house was not clean enough to eat down there, the space needs a good power washing. Back gate is broken, have to pick up to move it open / close. Water pressure in the showers and kitchen was good but the sink faucets in the bathrooms was barely flowing. Fridge Ice maker was completely blocked with what appeared to be ice that melted and refroze to form a hug block of ice completely blocking the dispenser hole. I was able to clear all that ice and the ice maker was working fine the rest of the time we were there. We own rental properties so I do appreciate knowing what is broken we can address issues. Really no complaints here just info for the property owners. Other than those few items that did not take away from our vaca, the rest of the property was great.
