Cozy & charming 3bd/2.5ba dog-friendly home with central A/C, conveniently located in the heart of Colorado Spgs. The house is 15-20 minutes from the city's most popular attractions - Garden of the Gods, Downtown, Old CO City, the Air Force Academy, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, the Broadmoor and Manitou Springs. Do you love being outside and enjoying nature? We're only 5 Minutes drive from Palmer Park which features 25 miles of hiking and biking trails overlooking the city and mountains! Close to breweries, restaurants, shopping and all the amenities you could want. While at the house, relax and enjoy the covered patio with BBQ grill, fire pit and TV. Fenced private yard and a doggy door for pet owners.

Enjoy this updated tri-level with a beautiful and relaxing outdoor space. In the kitchen you'll find brand new LG appliances, a gas range and everything you'll need for the perfect meal. There are two bedrooms upstairs and one in the basement level. The master bedroom has an ensuite, private bathroom. The second bedroom upstairs has double over double bunk beds and a day bed with pull out. The second full bathroom is on the upper level as well. In the basement, you'll find a second living room with big screen TV, full sized washer and dryer, and the third bedroom. There is a half bath downstairs for anyone sleeping in the basement. The basement bedroom also has a desk that is a great place to work for anyone needing a dedicated workspace.

Colorado is best enjoyed outside so you'll love the covered deck/patio area with a table and plenty of seating, there is a TV outside to watch the game as well as a propane fire pit and a propane BBQ.

For those traveling with pets, there is a fenced in yard and a doggy door to make it easy for your pets to enter and exit. Most dogs should be able to fit through the doggy door.

Lastly, especially during those winter months - enjoy parking your vehicle in the garage! No scrapping snowy or frosted windows here :)

Centrally located

The space was perfect for our family of five adults. We were right in the middle of town with most tourist sites 15 minutes in any direction. Dan is a great communicator. We enjoyed the back porch space every evening. We would recommend.

Our family had a great stay. Great location. Great yard for our dogs and great location by running trails. Host responded quickly with any questions we had.

Our home is perfect because it has just the right amount of everything. It is big enough, but not so large that it is overwhelming The outdoor space is such a wonderful place to spend time. The neighborhood is mature with large, beautiful trees all around. Additionally, the location is great. It is very central and close to all the main attractions like Garden of the Gods, Old Colorado City, The US Olympic Museum, The Air Force Academy, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo and more.
