This light and bright townhome puts you right in the center of the Panama City Beach action, while still providing a restful sanctuary that feels away from it all. Start the day with a cup of coffee in your private, enclosed yard. Back inside, as the rest of your crew awakens, head over to the well-equipped kitchen to make some breakfast. You've got stainless steel appliances, lots of counter space, and all the gadgets you need to prep everything from quiche to cereal. Once everyone assembles, seat them either at the breakfast bar, which seats three, or eat together in the adjacent dining area, which seats six.

Once you're fueled up, head out for the day to explore. You're 3.5 miles from the beach, and you've also got access to a shared pool. When it's time to return at night, head back outside and fire up the gas grill – with extra propane provided – and cook up something delicious for dinner. Settle down on the sofa in front of the flatscreen and stream your favorite shows, or use the high-speed WiFi and nearby desk to get some work done. All three comfortable bedrooms upstairs feature flatscreens as well if you can't agree on what to watch. Drift off to sleep dreaming of the day you had – and all the fun that awaits tomorrow!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
