***THE INTERIOR***:

Every inch of Haeven has been thoughtfully designed to instill a remembrance of what living truly can feel like.

The space has been used for couple's trips, family/friend reunions, birthday celebrations, yoga/wellness retreats, solo solitude, remote working, and even small elopement weddings (max 12 - inquire directly for event permit/small venue fees)!

Living + Dining - The spacious, open-plan living + dining area are perfect for entertaining, playing board games, and/or curling up with a book and a glass of wine. Sip your morning coffee from the couch watching the sunrise over Joshua Trees + mountains. Fabulous views. [Family friendly - plenty of kids toys/games, and 1 high-chair provided.]

The Master Suite w/ Ensuite Bathroom - An extra large room with a luxurious California King bed. French doors open out to the patio. Wake up to incredible sunrises with endless Joshua Tree views right out the window from your bed! An ensuite bathroom begs you to relax + pamper yourself with a freestanding tub + a walk-in dual-head rain shower. Small, functional desk for remote laptop working.

Guest Room 1 - A beautiful room with a plush Queen bed + french doors out to the side patio. Feels cozy + tucked away yet simultaneously spacious.

Guest Room 2 - A spacious room that sleeps 4-5. Single bed and full-sized bunk beds (not twins - full/double on top and bottom!). Perfect for all the kids, a girls trip, or sharing a room amongst retreat participants. [1 Pack n Play provided for small children.]

Guest Bath - Full size bathroom (shower/tub combo) with original Joshua Tree ranch-style coral tile.

The Yoga Studio + Spa Room (massage + sauna) - This is one of the best rooms in the house. Sun-soaked room with large sliding doors out to the front so you can bring the outdoors in! It can be used for yoga or meditation, sauna, massages with local providers, or a multi-purpose gym/wellness room. Heated towel rack outside the door to the hot tub. Perfect for yoga or spiritual retreats! Please inquire for retreats.


***THE EXTERIOR***:

Outdoors you will find a classic ranch-style property with endless areas to suit your mood. The only problem you'll face while here will be deciding between all your options!

Cool down in the refreshing "cowboy tub" - perfect for staying cool in summer or in winter, take a cold plunge for some contrast hydrotherapy.

Sunbathe in the chaise lounges.

Play cornhole, horseshoe, giant jenga and other outdoor games.

Stargaze in the hammocks/swings.

Bring the yoga mats outdoors either under the shaded patio or out in the 5 acres of land that is yours to play in just beyond the fence!

Hang with friends/family by the big shaded BBQ island (propane grill, mini-fridge, bar stools).

Dine outdoors at the shaded dining table - sunrise breakfast, sunset appetizers or a full dinner under the string lights at nighttime.

Unwind in the hot tub after a day of hiking with views of the Joshua Trees, directly under the open sky for incredible stargazing.

Pick fresh herbs from our herb garden for your cooking! Or delight in watering our thirsty desert cacti + succulents ;).

PLEASE NOTE: 2 out of the 5 acres are fully fenced! In other words, your furry friends can run free worry-free! The land straight ahead behind the fence (not to the sides, that is neighbors land) is also yours to explore + enjoy as well!

Perfectly situated between the funky towns of Joshua Tree Village and Yucca Valley. You get that sense of remoteness + calm, yet with modern comforts very nearby.

- 3 minutes to La Mesa Market (convenience store, food, alcohol, firewood)
- 6 minutes to The Wine + Rock Shop
- 6 minutes to Pie for the People (local pizza + salads, delivery offered too)
- 8 minutes to Joshua Tree Village
- 12 minutes to La Copine (very popular JT restaurant)
- 13 minutes to The Integratron
- 15 minutes to Yucca Valley cafes/shops
- 15 minutes to National Park entrance
- 20 minutes to Pioneertown - Pappy + Harriet's (historic bar/restaurant), Red Dog Saloon, funky shops, etc.


IMPORTANT DETAILS:

***HOT TUB/COWBOY TUB: We have a spa maintenance company 2x/week to keep the tub sparkling clean on TUESDAYS AND THURSDAYS. PLEASE NOTE - GUESTS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO DECLINE SERVICE. This allows the tub to stay clean for the next guests - it needs frequent cleaning with high guest occupancy! Please help out the other guests enjoyment by allowing the spa service to work for 15-20 mins.

***THE FLOATING FOOD/DRINK PLATTER: Please use with caution + care! The platter is stored on top of the fridge. This is a handwoven, expensive platter that we are so happy to be able to provide for our guests. PLEASE no glassware (plasticware is in kitchen). PLEASE NOTE - Excess cleaning fees for any food/glass/drink spills in cowboy tub will be the guest's responsibility. Please so kindly consider guests checking in right after you and their ability to use the cowboy tub! :)

***NOTE: Propane is provided for your convenience! If your group uses the entire tank during your stay, you are responsible for re-filling for any of your additional uses. Propane can be refilled at La Mesa Market just down the street. Firewood is the guest's responsibility - it can be purchased at La Mesa Market as well.***

***NOTE: Supplies - we provide complimentary toiletries, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. We provide enough for average stays - if you have a larger group and are staying for more than 2-3 nights, please anticipate potentially running to the market if you run out! We also have laundry on-site, but detergent is not readily stocked for guests. Please supply your own if you intend on using.
