No glitches and no surprises which is always great!The place is beautiful and the view is incredible.The main bedroom/bathroom is up the spiral staircase and there is no door to the bedroom so people downstairs can pretty much hear what’s going on. Not a problem for us but if you want upstairs privacy you might want to think twice

Absolutely stunning. Made for a very relaxing stay; thoughtfully laid out, views were exceptional. Amenities like the hot tub and grill were awesome. Very clean and linens were comfortable. Highly recommend!

This house was the perfect weekend getaway! The breathtaking waterfront views were the highlight of our stay, and the deck was the perfect place to relax and take in the scenery. The home was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable.One thing to note is that the spiral staircase leading to the upper level may be challenging for older guests or anyone with mobility concerns. However, there is a convenient ground-floor bedroom, which makes the home more accessible.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful, scenic retreat.

This was the most lovely place. Views were like nothing we’ve stayed at before. Very efficient spaces and we even had some wildlife sightings from our deck

The property was immaculate throughout. Numerous amenities were provided, along with directions for use. Everything was well stocked and thought out. All communication was prompt and easily accessible. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking and the environment was peaceful. The spiral staircase could be a challenge for some, as well as the rock path in the back, leading to the water. There was not a ping pong table as pictured, but the low clearance on the middle level of the house, accessible only from the outside, would have made any physical type activity difficult. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the house and highly recommend staying at the property.

My sister and I had a wonderful writing retreat at the House of the Ocean Sun. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and cozy. The view was spectacular. We hope to return again soon!

We have been to San Juan five times and this is my favorite place to stay. Great house, great set up, great location.

Nice Place

Place was nice for the 3 of us. However, if you have a child that is younger than 5 it may be challenging given the layout. Had everything that we needed and amazing views.

Wonderful Seaside Retreat

My wife and I spent a week at this amazing property. The views are stunning. We saw dolphins, deer, and whales all from deck. Easy to get to and private.
