This home was custom built in 2020 for the needs of my large, extended family. Since we're away a lot we decided to share it with others so they can experience the unique pleasure of living in one of the finest beach resort communities in Southern California. It can be really fun living like a local in a tourist town.

You'll have access to 1 king, 3 queens, and 2 cribs. 3 bathrooms are served by a 9.5 gallon-per-minute tankless water heater--eliminating cold showers. Both Orange County Airport and the Disney Resort are less than 30 minutes away. One of the best surfing beaches in the world is less than a mile away.
The kitchen is ultra-modern. There's a regular oven, a combi oven, 2 sous vide machines, a high-end induction hob plus a portable one for use on the dining table, an 18,000 BTU gas wok burner, a pressure cooker, rice cooker, and a high-end BBQ grill. There are also fire rings at the nearby beach, but we also have a fire pit on the front patio. There's another patio in the back for dining, next to a designer pool, large spa, and pool-length stone waterfall.
There is one 40" flat screen TV, located in the Great Room together with a Karaoke amp. This is the only TV in this listing. We have a 40 amp EV charger in the garage--accessible via EVMATCH dot com. A monitored security system is also installed and can be turned on or off at your option.
OPTIONS
1) Use of the pool/spa requires payment of an additional fee of $99 per night covering the full duration of your stay. We do not offer the option to choose just a few days.
2) We prefer that you not bring pets, but we will accommodate up to 2 small dogs for an additional fee. Your dogs must be kept in a pen when left alone. PLEASE INCLUDE ANY DOGS IN YOUR INITIAL BOOKING REQUEST, AND THE FEES WILL BE SHOWN IN THE PRICE QUOTE.
All rates are non-negotiable. A digitally signed rental agreement and $1,500 credit card hold are required for all reservations. Insurance fee covers up to $1,500 in unintentional damages.
The quiet period for this property begins at 7pm and no outdoor activity is allowed after 10pm. Parties, commercial activities, or other similar use of the property are prohibited.
