Situated on an idyllic 1.89-acre lot, take in serene views from the balcony or covered patio. High ceilings and large windows fill two living areas with natural light, while a fireplace creates a warm ambience.

Nearby attractions include an abundance of outdoor activities from hiking around Chimney Rock State Park to swimming at Lake Lure. Wine enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to Burntshirt Vineyards.

LIVING AREA

The inviting living room features walls of windows, high ceilings, and an impressive view of the mountains. Curl up on the couch and take in the vista by the glow of the gas fireplace with stone surround.

Kick back on the sleeper sofa in the family room while watching a movie on the smart TV. A dedicated workspace provides a quiet spot to send quick emails.

KITCHEN & DINING

Prepare hearty meals in the well-equipped kitchen, fitted with sleek stainless steel appliances.

Keep the chef company at the breakfast bar for two. When dinner is served, gather at the dining table for six.

BED & BATH

This house sleeps six guests between two bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa in the family room.

The first bedroom is furnished with a king bed and has large windows. The en-suite bathroom holds a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom has a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Both en-suite bathrooms can also be accessed via the hallway.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Sip morning coffee at the two-person table on the balcony, or light the gas grill and host a casual cookout.

The covered patio is the perfect spot to enjoy your favorite beverage while marveling at the stunning view of the mountains in the distance.

Parking is available for three cars in the gravel driveway. Street parking is not available.

LOCATION

Outdoor activities abound in this mountain locale. Hike at Chimney Rock State Park or Florence Nature Preserve. Swim or rent a boat at Lake Lure. You can also bike, fish, or zipline nearby.

Drive 15 minutes to the winery and tasting room at Burntshirt Vineyards, or venture to downtown Hendersonville or Asheville for shopping, dining, and evening entertainment.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
