The sunny living area offers plush seating and a flatscreen TV for movie nights. One of the couches converts to a sleeper. The well-equipped kitchen is appointed with a full suite of appliances, ample counter space, and helpful cookware. Start your morning with coffee at the three-person kitchen bar. When it’s time to dine, the ocean-view table accommodates six.

This condo sleeps six guests between two bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. Sleep soundly on the king-size bed in the main bedroom, also furnished with a flat-screen TV. The en suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom is fitted with two full-size beds and a TV. The guest bathroom offers a tub/shower combination. Listen to the rolling waves on your private patio, complete with ocean views.

Find a wide array of shops, dining, and attractions within a leisurely stroll of this conveniently located condo. Partake in an exciting activity such as parasailing or deep-sea fishing. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
