This listing of two combined apartments is what you get when you mix Hemingway's adventures with Verne's imagination. 5 Bedrooms, 4 bathrooms split across two apartments separated by a hallway, travelers will be delighted by these fully-renovated homes! Hosting up to 12 visitors, our classic yet modern space will amaze you with its custom furniture and round-the-clock professional management. Located in Unirii Square, steps from Old Town right in the heart of the city.

The Space:
These two properties were designed and fully renovated from scratch in 2022 with the modern traveler in mind. Both apartments can host up to 12 guests comfortably, with king-sized and full-sized mattresses and comfy sofas that convert easily into sleeper sofas. Air conditioning and heating in every room, countless entertainment options with our Smart TVs, and high speed WiFi, plus a fully stocked kitchen ready to use. Professionally cleaned by HOLT staff.

This building has no seismic risk rating, the lowest in the city. However, please be aware that most other rentals in Bucharest, especially those in the city's center, are in buildings with the highest risk rating, or “Urgenta 1”.

The Apartments include:

Both Living Rooms & Dining Rooms include:
• Seating for your whole party on our heavenly sofa and comfy accent chairs
• Oversized sofas that easily seats 4 each and convert to super comfortable full beds
• Flat screen Smart TVs with Netflix, Amazon, HBO & high-speed WiFi internet access
• Dining tables and plenty of seating space to enjoy a family meal
• Balcony access.

The Bedrooms include:
• Glorious King sized and Full sized beds from a luxury 25cm bio-rhythmic memory foam mattress brand that is perfect for all sleepers
• The first unit has 3 bedrooms: The Master bedroom and second bedroom feature a King bed. The third bedroom features a Full sized bed of 160 x 180 CM.
• The second unit has 2 bedrooms: Both bedrooms feature a King sized bed
• Plenty of high-quality cotton linens, all seasons duvets, different firmness pillows
• Two of the three bedrooms feature a flat-screen Smart TVs
• Custom-designed beds, cabinets, dressers and more for storage
• The master bedroom of both units features a private balcony
• Desk space perfect for getting work done or putting makeup on for a night out
• Plenty of clean linens, blankets, pillows & towels provided!

Both Kitchens include:
• The modern and spacious kitchens are fully stocked for all of your cooking needs, including all necessary cookware, plates, cutlery, knife block, and cooking utensils
• Fridges, microwaves, ranges & ovens, dishwashers, blenders, toasters, Nespresso coffee makers and much more
• Dine-in kitchen tables perfect for an intimate meal or quiet breakfast

The Bathrooms include:
• Monsoon shower heads for an all-encompassing clean
• Blow dryer, hair curler, three sizes of towels and full range of toiletries offered
• Custom soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers carrying our line of products
• Very comfortable toilets!

Everything else:
• Custom keycodes for keyless entry for each guest, including 24/7 check-in
• Entryway mud room for smart storage of shoes, jackets and more
• Washer, iron, ironing board, and drying rack
• Professional cleaning and disinfection before every stay

Guest Access:
Guests have full and exclusive use of the space during their stay. There may be times when HOLT staff require entry. We will communicate this with you in advance. In the event of an emergency, HOLT reserves the right to enter the property without prior guest approval.

The Neighborhood:
This apartment is located just across the street from Old Town, a perfect location. Old Town is in the heart of Bucharest, and has the pulse of the city. The historic architecture, the old churches, the outdoor terraces and cafés and the romantic feel make the Old Town a most enticing area of the city. Being on the eastern edge, puts you just outside of the busyness of Old Town, and gives you easy walking access to taxis and trams, and near modern shopping centers and stores.

Getting Around:
There are many ways to get around the city. You have a very short walking distance to buses, trolleys, taxis, as well as bike and scooter sharing companies and of course, ride hailing services like Uber.

Other Things to Note:
All guests must sign a HOLT rental agreement, submit identification & provide contact details before arrival to receive HOLT's Boarding Pass with check-in and property information. HOLT reserves the right to request a copy of a government-issued ID for each guest in the reservation.

The property has a CCTV security camera on the exterior of the property with a view of the entrance of our property. There are no recording devices in private areas of the unit. All recordings are deleted after 30 days.

If you are booking for commercial purposes, please notify us in advance with details of your use of the property as terms and pricing may vary.

This is a pet-friendly property. There is an additional €50 sanitation fee per pet and also a €200 security deposit which is refundable after your check out when HOLT’s cleaners confirm there is no pet damage. Guests not disclosing they are bringing a pet but caught by our team will be subject to a €500 fee.

Interaction with Guests:
HOLT’s Guest Experience team is reachable by message, phone, text, and email 24/7. Our on-the-ground managers, cleaners, and handymen are available at reasonable hours of the day and night. In the event of an emergency, HOLT reserves the right to enter the property without prior guest approval.
