1 Beach towel available per guest but will need to be laundered along with pack and play sheets - these are not included in cleaning fee.

Plenty to explore nearby with a dance club, several bars and the famous Trailer Bar all within walking distance. There is always live music, even during the winter months.

29' dock width for tying up your boat. Cleats and fenders available. Dock lift not available.

This property requires a $59 non-refundable damage protection coverage that you will see listed as a "administrative fee" on your quote. This protection is purchased in lieu of a cash deposit and covers you up to $1,500 in damages. We will happily substitute this charge for a fully refundable $500 security deposit upon request. Spa maintenance is usually on Saturday mornings and grass is usually mowed on Thursday/Fridays but this can vary based on weather and availability.

We do not allow animals since we use this as a second home and have strong allergies in the family.
