Gorgeous large Lake Tahoe Home with Chamberlands Membership, plus summer cottage
Enjoy our beautifully appointed Lake Tahoe home!
It is just a block and a half from the Lake, with bike paths and hiking trails nearby, and walking distance to the Tahoe National Forest. We belong to the Chamberlands Beach Club, so you can have access to their private pool, private dock, beach, tennis and lakeside bar and restaurant, in season.
We have 4 bedroom/bathroom suites in the main house, with a huge, well stocked gourmet kitchen, a large family sized dining area, and two separate and comfortable living room areas - each with a gas fireplace and large screen TV. We also have a large outdoor flagstone patio and dining area with a BBQ.
We also have a small separate “Summer Cottage” guest cottage with a 5th sleeping area - including a Queen bed, complete kitchenette, full bathroom, gas fireplace, large screen TV, and sitting area. It's a private space for a couple, grandparents or friends to stay. Please note, the summer cottage is not sufficiently insulated/heated to be available for use during the cold winter months.
All told there's 3700 sq feet, so plenty of space to gather together, and relax in privacy to watch your favorite movies or sporting events. There are a total of 4 large screen wifi TV's, many games, puzzles, books, a music system, and other upscale amenities. It's perfect for family vacations and a great place to both work and play. We have high speed internet and private desk areas where you can work from home.
It's a classic and quiet "Westshore" upscale residential neighborhood that's ideal for families and those who enjoy the outdoors, cooking, gathering and dining at home. We are very close to the Homewood ski area and welcome skiers, boating enthusiasts, hikers, tennis lovers, and families.
We love waking up to the fresh mountain air, the crystal clear water, and the reflections of the mountains in Lake Tahoe.

De vaatwasser inruimen en opzetten
Gebruikte bedden aftrekken en gebruikte handdoeken verzamelen

De lichten uitdoen, de deuren op slot doen en de sleutels teruggeven
Please put the trash into a plastic trash bag (blue for recycling/white regular trash) and dispose in the green Bear Box located in the driveway. Be sure to lock the Bear Box.
If you use the BBQ, please clean it up right after use so it doesn’t attract bears. Local hardware stores will refill propane tank if needed, or exchange the tank for a full one at local Safeways.
There are 2 thermostats, upstairs & downstairs. In the summer pls turn off the thermostats. In winter set to ECO MODE when you leave. Set Bear Alarm please, and unplug kitchen countertop appliances.

We live in the Bay Area and have been coming up to the Tahoe Area to ski and enjoy the Lake for many years. We have been hosting VRBO guests at our vacation homes for 25 years, both here in Tahoe and on the Island of Maui. We have had many return visitors and 5-star reviews at both locations. We hope to share our vacation home with you and your family.

We love the West Shore, where it is quiet and private, and has a "Rustic Old Tahoe" feel to it. We chose this spacious Architect's custom designed home where our extended family could gather together year-round and enjoy the beautiful surroundings, and participate in the full variety of recreational activities that Tahoe offers.

This is a very lovely home surrounded by trees and rustic scenery. It has been recently remodeled, and has a huge, gourmet kitchen and large table for family gatherings. We have chosen upscale furnishings and fabrics, and local artwork. The house has many windows and looks out on beautiful Tahoe scenery. It is a unique, custom home, filled with light, designed by a local Architect.
