Great location!
Property was exactly as described and an easy walk to Broadway. Coming back was a little more difficult because it’s all uphill so be aware of that if you have someone in your group who struggles with hills. The unit was relatively quiet with comfy yet firm beds. We appreciated being able to do some laundry in the unit and the kitchen was well stocked. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone.

Family Getaway
My family of 5 made a last minute trip to Nashville to catch some concerts. Hotels are way too cramped for our family so we looked into VRBO last minute. We are thankful to have found this place! Plenty of room to give teenagers their space! The attention to detail from the owners was unmatched. From snacks to extra toothbrushes to extra batteries, the owners went above and beyond to provide the things that renters might have forgotten. Very impressed and will definitely stay again when we come to Nashville!

Last Minute Getaway
We decided to take a last minute trip for spring break. This rental space was PERFECT for our family of 5 - so much more space than in a hotel room. It’s a great location and an easy walk to Broadway. The thoughtfulness of the little travel toiletries is such a fantastic idea - well done! We would definitely book this space again!

Great location and spacious
Stayed here for a bachlorette weekend (5 girls) and there was plenty of room! Communication with hosts was very reliable and the check-in and out process was simple. The location was perfect -- walking distance to Broadway Street and the Country Music Hall of Fame, and The Parthenon and the mall were only a 15 min drives. The only thing I'd say is that the pillows are very thin, so we ended up buying cheap ones from the store that we just left there, since we flew. So if you're particular about pillows, I'd say bring your own or do what we did. Overall, everything was great and the photos matched what the place looks like in real life. I would stay there again and definitely recommend it to others as well!

Location, location, location!!
Jessica and Tyler are unbelievable hosts! Super attentive to every detail of making our trip special! Way too many things to list, but we had everything and then some. So convenient to check in. The location was amazing!! We’ll definitely stay with JeTy vacations in the future!!

Hello! Stay in a fantastic location! Your vacation home was carefully chosen in areas where we live or have lived ourselves. They are not in "transitional" areas and feature special touches to create a memorable vacation experience.

East Nashville home with a saltwater pool, featured on the CBS Show "Staycation" and 12 person hot tub, accommodating up to 12 guests.
Nine trendy and centrally located downtown condos, all in the same complex, accommodating 4-8 people each we can sleep 56 people in the heart of downtown Nashville!
Oceanfront condo in Panama City Beach, you can't get any closer to the water!
Centerhill Lake is Tennessee's most gorgeous lake and offer two gorgeous homes with lake views, one has a beach!

We enjoy exploring new places and have a range of hobbies. Weekends are often spent at the lake with our daughter, Lillie, In addition to hosting on Airbnb, I taught 4th grade in East Nashville for 13 years and work as a local realtor, specializing in helping women purchase their first homes. Tyler is a realtor and a proud Nashville native.

We are huge fans of the Nashville Predators and Tennessee Titans, attending many of their games. Music holds a special place in our hearts, and we frequently attend shows, often securing last-minute tickets. Lastly, we are overjoyed to be the proud parents of our baby girl, Lillie!
