Escape the busy life for a bit and enjoy a few days of zen, relaxation, and nirvana.
Nothing will help you clear your head and unwind better than the warm pool, our beautiful and spacious house, and the ocean waves crashing your feet.

Spacious and uniquely designed house located in the upscale town of Rotonda West Circle in a quiet, secure, friendly neighborhood, just minutes from the beaches.
The home has lots of natural lighting, a spacious open-concept design, and convergence with the natural world.

Relax in Luxury. All bedrooms have top-quality mattresses. The master bedroom with high-end king-size bed, a smart 55TV, a private bathroom, double vanity sinks, a walk-in shower, and a large tub along with a toilet bide.
The second bedroom queen-sized bed is also equipped with a high-end, hotel-type mattress for comfortable sleep and a smart 55TV.
The third bedroom also has top-quality mattresses in full and twin beds.
Family dining table large enough to host a 6-person game night, breakfast table for 4 with nice pool/canal view.
The living room includes a large smart 70TV with cable channels, comfortable and expandable sectional.
Sliding glass doors extend the living space and open to the pool, poolside lounge, and outdoor dining area.
The patio area is perfect for hanging out, with a Weber gas grill.
Laundry in the garage hall with a new high-efficiency washer and dryer with a small ironing board and iron.

All rooms are furnished with high-quality towels and linens.
The house is professionally cleaned and disinfected after each stay.
The two-car garage with an additional parking space in the driveway.

Parking is not allowed on the street or grass. Commercial vehicles and trailers are not allowed to be parked overnight.
Minutes away from numerous gulf coasts including the famous Boca Grande and Palm beaches and state parks to explore. Fishing, boating, and other adventurous opportunities are everywhere!

To ensure the safety and quality of experience for our guests, there are only two surveillance cameras in use, the one at the front door of the house and the second facing the driveway.

Nice relaxing stay

Everything was as described. House was well stocked, clean and nicely decorated. I didn't have a need to communicate much with owner because we had no issues and great information was provided up front.

Pool heater disappointing

Pool was only able to heat for about 6 of the 28 days. Continuing communication with the owner indicated the cooler than normal temperatures were to blame. But with about 4 days to go, a pool compressor repairman found the problem. Wish he had been summoned sooner. Other than that, this was a great place to stay.

The property was exactly as portrayed. It was clean and had brand new appliances. We enjoyed our stay … especially the pool!

Fabulous property

Pictures don’t do justice for this immaculate home away from home. Recently renovated to spectacular modern and efficient home. Owners were wonderful and quick to respond to any concerns we had. The garage available to renters was wonderful to keep our black SUV cooler on the hotter days. The beach accessories were top of the line and were used every other day. We must have over 500 shark teeth collected at beaches 15 - 20 minutes away. The heated pool was glorious. Owners kept it at an ideal temperature. Definitely will look into booking again in the future. If reviews help you select a property…….select this one.
