Government-issued ID and credit card used for the reservation are required prior to check-in. (The ID and credit card must match the name under which the unit is reserved.) These must be submitted via the Check-In Form. Your room door code will only be activated after all these documents have been submitted

The property is equipped with electronic key pad door locks. Your code will be sent to you the morning of your check-in. Additionally, a property information booklet will be included with your door code. This booklet contains all the relevant property information, like wifi network names & password as well as house rules and check out procedures. The Neighborhood:
Horseshoe Bay is an amazing community located in the Texas hill country and is about 1 hour from Austin, 2.5 hours from Houston and 3 hours from Dallas. One of the highlights is certainly Lake LBJ, as it is one of only 2 constant level lakes in the area. But Horseshoe Bay, has so much more to offer. There are over 8 golf courses within 15 miles. Fredericksburg and all the hill country vineyards are within an hours drive of the property. Horseshoe Bay Resort has become a large draw with fun events and concerts as well as weddings. Marble Falls is 15 minutes away and has a lot of the fun restaurants, bars and night life.

Getting Around:
A car is the preferred method of transportation in the Texas hill country and Horseshoe Bay. A boat is also a method of transportation used at this property.

- Pets are allowed with written permission only. There is a maximum of two pets, and unfortunately cats are not allowed at all. The Pet Fee is $150 plus applicable taxes per pet. Any pets or animals brought onto the property without approval will be subject to a $500 dollar penalty. Please keep your pet on a leash at all times other than inside the home in accordance with city ordinance.
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Please avoid using glass tableware or glass bottles near the swimming pool.
- Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am, please be mindful of these restrictions
- A completed Rental Agreement and Check-In form are required to complete the reservation. Access will not be granted before both forms are completed.
- Safety Notice: Your safety matters. This property features exterior security cameras. No cameras face into the house or look into interior spaces
