Home has 5 bedrooms plus loft, with 3 full baths plus 2 half baths. The home will accommodate up to 14 people. There are two primary bedrooms, first one has a king-size bed, full bath, private deck, and cable TV. The 2nd primary has a king-size bed, full bath, and cable TV. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed, the 4th bedroom has a queen-size bed with access to the main deck. And the fifth bedroom has 1 twin and one full with trundle bed, cable TV, ½ bath. The open floor plan on the main level makes this home wonderful. It is surrounded by wall-to-wall windows and is very bright and cheerful. The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, blender, and a very large breakfast bar. It is open to the living room which has cable TV and plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. Other amenities - central air and heat, telephone, washer/dryer, CD player, VCR, DVD player internet, cabana shower, picnic table, and large decks overlooking the gulf. Please limit your vehicles to four vehicles.

Kahala Beach is located on Galveston's West End, on the beachside, about 13 miles from town, West of Jamaica Beach and East of Sea Isle.

This vacation home should accommodate up to 4 vehicles to be parked at the property. Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.
Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs.
All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.
EXTENDED STAYS
Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Extended stay reservations may not be placed online, but a Ryson Vacation Planner would love to answer any questions you may have and help you reserve your extended stay.
