bait and switch

I picked a condo in Seascape, And I got one in Dawn Paradise. The horribly unfriendly lady at Rhyson Properties told me I picked that unit. I have pictures on my phone of the unit I chose from the VRBO website that I was on. Seascape is also a Rhyson property. Coincidence? Is there anything you can do to help me? Very dissatisfied. Beach and pool view condo

This condo is a gem! Balcony overlooking the pool and beach. Clean, quiet with plenty of room for everyone, and very nice amenities. Tastefully decorated. Close to shopping and restaurants. Beach is directly across the road! Ryson staff was very helpful and a pleasure to work with! Would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Galveston.

Overall Nice Place

Condo was clean and comfortable. The smoke detector went off randomly one day and the ceiling was too tall to reach it. We called the property management company and had to leave a message. We did not receive a call back but left the condo to go to the pool and when we returned the sample detector was off. They must have come to fix it? You have to drive about 7 minutes away to a different location to get the keys to the condo, you can’t do it at the property. We thought this was annoying because once we arrived after a full day of travel we just wanted to walk right in, instead we had to drive 7 min away to pick up the keys. Same at checkout, you have to drive the keys back.
