Seaward Breeze is a brand new house built in 2020 the Terramar Beach community on Galveston Island's West End. The home also features an excellent view for sunset from the west side balcony. The house backs up to the wetlands and the views are amazing!
Seaward Breeze has a very large open-concept living/dining/kitchen area where guests will enjoy the extra-large flat screen television and the large seating area. The kitchen is completely outfitted with all new appliances, all new dishes, pots and pans, utensils, bakeware and anything guests may need to prepare all of their meals.
Seaward Breeze is 4 bedrooms (2 up and 2 on the main level) and will accommodate up to 8 guests - all in beds! The primary bedroom features a king bed, TV and walk-out balcony. The second bedroom on the upper level features two twin size beds. The 3rd bedroom on the main level of the home has two XL twin beds and the 4th bedroom on the main level features a queen-size bed.
Outside/exterior security surveillance is present at this home for the security of the home and our guests.
TERRAMAR BEACH
Terramar Beach is located on Galveston Island's far West End, about 20 miles east of the city center, and offers a boat launch and seasonal community pool. Terramar Beach would be described by most as one of the most peaceful subdivisions the island has to offer.

Some of the properties Ryson manages require additional fees for things like parking passes, resort fees, amenity wristbands, etc. be paid to the HOA upon arrival directly. Resort amenities, including advertised elevators, require maintenance and from time to time may be unavailable for guest use. Every effort will be made by Ryson to notify the respective HOA. However, please understand, Ryson has no control or authority in completing necessary repairs or routine maintenance. If elevator use is a requirement for any guests during your stay, please contact Ryson prior to booking, and we're happy to go over available options (alternate elevator available on premises or locating a better limited mobility friendly access unit).
Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs. Oftentimes additional TVs are available for guests wanting to hook up their own game systems or streaming devices.
All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 21/25 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.
