The main level includes two spacious bedrooms that are outfitted with TVs and decorated with a good night's sleep in mind.

Upstairs, the loft leads to a bedroom as well as a massive primary suite.

You will love the incredible outdoor space that includes a wrap-around deck that is partially covered. The grassy yard has plenty of room to run and play too.

It's just a few minutes' walk to the quiet cove where your lake access is located. This is a great spot to splash and play in the water or to launch a kayak. You have a dock slip so you can bring a boat or rent one locally. Boating is a favorite way to enjoy Deep Creek Lake spring through fall.

Everyone will appreciate the feeling of being off-the-beaten-path but still being within a five-minute drive to restaurants, the movie theater, and a market. Many other popular places, like marinas, mini golf, ziplines, and ice cream shops, are nearby too.

It's not a complete trip to Deep Creek without a stop by at least one of our state parks. Each is filled with tons of outdoor recreation. Swallow Falls is a favorite and is famous for three breathtaking waterfalls. Deep Creek Lake State Park is home to a sandy beach for swimming, picnic areas, and playgrounds.

Lots of good things to say

We really enjoyed the house, the location was nice - in the woods but you can easily walk down the road and have a lake view. The bathrooms have been updated and the beds were comfortable but the kitchen and furniture (couches, etc.) need updating. The outdoor space was lovely -- we were there in winter but it would be sunny and really nice out on the deck in other seasons. The hot tub seemed new and worked well. If some of the furniture and kitchen were updated, I would give it 5 stars.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house and property were really nice and relaxing. Only thing we didn’t realize is the dock slip is about half a mile walk across the road. But once we figured it out we made it work well. Our kids loved the big yard and fire pit. The kids room is really nice with some toys already there. We hope to visit again.
