The Georgia House is the ideal getaway for boaters, golfers, and family fun! This gorgeous house is located on the water in the beautiful Great Waters gated community and is within walking distance to the Great Waters ClubHouse. Guests will enjoy waking up in a spacious, cleanly-decorated home, eating breakfast on one of our three decks overlooking a wide section of Lake Oconee. Your day can be spent playing a round of golf, resting and relaxing on the shaded decks or enjoying the warmth of the Georgia sun on the spacious private dock. Feel free to jump into Lake Oconee to enjoy the refreshing water or use our two paddle boards to discover the lake’s coastline. We have two lifts for your wave runners and dock space to secure your boat. Our home easily accommodates fourteen guests with four bedrooms, one open-den daybed room, four full baths and two half baths. As you walk in the front door there is a spacious dining room and a great room with a fireplace that invites you to gather together. The kitchen has a large center granite island with four barstools, a gas cooktop and a double oven to create your gourmet meals. Adjacent to the kitchen is a casual dining table with a beautiful bay window overlooking the lake. If you like to bar-b-que, you can access the grill deck from the kitchen and the grill chef can enjoy a beverage and the beautiful views while sitting at the small teak dining table. Many will enjoy their meals on the screened-in porch sitting in comfortable chairs that overlook gorgeous Lake Oconee. In the evening, you can enjoy the terrace level family room with a seventy-five inch television, fireplace, wet bar, fridge, and a pool table, or roast marshmallows around the fire pit as you watch panoramic sunsets across the lake.
