This four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom oceanside home features a spacious floor plan of over 2,400 square feet with lots of great extras. Spacious bedrooms will provide an array of sleeping options and bright, airy colors lend to the open feel of the available living space. Ceiling fans and modern decor will provide pleasing sights when indoors, while multiple TVs, DVD players, a VCR player, and stereo/CD players add additional entertainment fun to be enjoyed. High-speed wireless internet access is also available for your laptop.

Take in some of the gorgeous ocean, sound, and village views from the furnished outdoor decks and relax on the entry deck porch swing or screened porch. Enjoy the salt-scented fresh air or perhaps dinner being grilled up on the outdoor charcoal grill. Nice vacation experience
Hatteras Lookout has 3 full bathrooms and a powder room with 4 bedrooms, very roomy. Nice location with a short walk to the beach & beautiful views from the decks. Very clean.

Perfect location, well stocked
The house exceeded our expectation with a well-stocked kitchen and extra towels provided. The game closet was perfect for the rainy days we had, and everyone had plenty of space to enjoy their alone time in addition to shared community space. Unfortunately, the cable isn't actually hooked up, and Vacasa wasn't able to do anything about it as the equipment wasn't there.

Family vacation
We had an amazing time in Outer Banks. The house is clean and have all the amenities for a nice stay. It is walking distance to the beach and it is in the quite neighborhood. It is also very close to shops, restaurants and ferry terminal to Ocracoke. A very nice trip for us. We could not wait to come back next time.

Shoot the Breeze made Thanksgiving week memorable for our family. I organize these small gatherings and as soon as I saw the great room at Shoot the Breeze I knew it was perfect. The different seating areas in the great room gave people a chance to mingle or be alone with their computer and work remotely. The furniture is a lovely quality for a rental and made it feel more like a home. The sunsets were unparalleled and the full moon rising on Thanksgiving evening through the lightning storm will be with me forever. Thank you for this experience. AND all family members were happy. Shoot the Breeze was so clean, beautifully situated, and quiet that I have been telling everyone about the furniture, cleanliness and beauty. The new owner (from the guest book) have done an outstanding job in renovating this home. I am impressed with the quality of the furniture and flow of the house.
