A second living area boasts two couches, an ottoman that folds out to reveal a twin bed, a gas fireplace, wine fridge, and 55 TV.

The den offers a bonus living space equipped with a sofa, futon, ottoman fold-out twin bed, and access to the deck. Play a familiar tune on the piano or watch shows on a 60 TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

The well-equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops and an island with seating for four. A full suite of all-black appliances includes a gas range and double oven.

Enjoy meals under an elegant chandelier in the formal dining room set for eight. A second dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and comfortably seats six.

BED & BATH

The spacious master bedroom has a queen bed, armchair, and en-suite bath with a double vanity, Jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, and a giant walk-in closet.

The second and third bedrooms each have a queen bed and shared access to an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and tub/shower combination. The fourth bedroom provides a queen bed, desk, and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The fifth bedroom includes a full-size bed, as well as a desk and closet. A half bath next to the den adds convenience.

(A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
