Welcome to Sandy Feet!
We are only steps to the beach along a private access path! Your feet will definitely get sandy! It is a short walk, past 3 houses to the sugary white sandy beach and beautiful blue water. Enjoy the sunset, or an early morning coffee walk along the beach.

New flooring and a fresh coat of paint. All new furniture, mattresses, and bedding! All fresh and clean! Mattress are double encased in mattress protectors.

Both AC Units have been completely replaced in 2023 to keep you cool! Plus we have added an AC window unit to the 3rd floor.

The kitchen has granite countertops and stone backsplash. The kitchen is well stocked with pot/pans and everything you need to cook up a great dinner. We have a regular drip coffee maker & a Keurig. Please remember to bring your own coffee.
We also have a blender in case you want to make special concoctions.

A new grill has been added under the carport, and lots of fun beach toys and chairs now fill our carport. Feel free to use, but please place back as you found it for the next guest to use!

House is 3 levels. The first level has 2 King Bedrooms, 1 Queen Bedroom, and 2 full bathrooms (one is shared, and one is part of the master). The second level is the living room, kitchen, laundry room, wrap around porch, and 1 Queen Bedroom plus a full bathroom. Top level is a kid’s area with 3 Bunk Beds (sleeps 6) and a TV.

Lots of fun beach toys now fill our carport, including digging toys, buckets, boogie boards, chairs, and a wagon. Also under the car port is our outdoor grill and adirondack chairs for you to chill. Additionally, we have an outdoor shower at the back of the house to wash off the sand & sunscreen after a day at the beach.

Conveniently located (less than 5 minutes) near a grocery store, Chick-fil-a, Starbucks, Whataburger, Carrabba’s & the Silver Sands Outlet Mall! There is a Bass Pro Shop in one direction, and a PotteryBarn in the other direction. This is the best shopping around!

We have automated smart locks on all doors and will provide you with a code at check in.

We have a partnership with our Cleaning Service. They give us a 24 guarantee. This means that from the time you check-in, you have 24 hours to notify us of any issue, and our cleaning team will come back out and correct to your satisfaction. Please make sure to send us pictures of the issue so that we can get someone on it right away. We appreciate the opportunity to make corrections.

NOTE: There are stairs to enter the home, and stairs to the second and third levels. Additionally, there is a loft on the 3rd level with a balcony, as well as an outside balcony on the 1st and 2nd levels. All stairs have rails to hold onto, and the balcony has a 4-foot wall. No reason why an injury would occur. We encourage parents to monitor children.

By renting this property, you agree to waiver any injuries. The owner is not responsible for injuries. Security Deposit Required acknowledgement - If you damage the home, you may be charged up to $800.

The number of guests is limited to 14 as per the maximum of the square footage allowed by Walton County & the State of Florida regulations. While we can handle 14 guests, we prefer that 6 are children due to the bunk beds.

Florida’s beach warning flag program provides flags of 4 colors displayed at the beach. Please be sure to follow the flag warnings.

Walton County Wildlife Protection Zones has restrictions using lighting during sea turtle nesting seasons (May 1 - Oct 31).
