The guest house has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a small sitting area. The 2 houses are only separated by an outdoor hallway. You will have access to both the main house and guest house for the duration of your stay.

The guest house also has an arcade system with over 3,500 games - NES, SNES, Atari, Neo Geo, PS1, N64, Dreamcast, Naomi/Atomiswave Arcade, Mame, GameCube, and PS2.
