Take some time to relax and unwind with your loved ones or family. This spacious 4 bed, 3.5 bath 2,800 sq ft cabin sleeps up to 10 people and has all you need to reset and get in touch with nature.

Location:
Our gorgeous cabin is just 9 minutes from downtown Pigeon Forge. When stepping outside the cabin to explore you can find many local unique shops, family-friendly attractions and an abundant amount of restaurants. From outlet shops to art galleries, go kart tracks, wineries and more there truly is something for everyone. The Great Smoky Mountains are only 15 minutes away where you can hike, explore trails, horse back ride and more. Dollywood is just 20 minutes away with Gatlinburg being just 24 minutes away.



The Space:
With peeking views of the Great Smoky Mountains, our luxury cabin allows you relax and unwind while getting the chance to reconnect with nature. Our cabin, Southern Comfort is nestled at the top of a hill surrounded by woods and sleeps up to 10 people with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Walking in to the cabin you are greeted by a large open floor plan that provides comfort and privacy for all our guests. The cabin comes with a fully stocked kitchen and oversized dining room that allows family and friends to enjoy meals together during their stay. Our basement has a one of a kind rec room that has a pool table, darts, arcade game, large flat screen tv and sound system, and a bar and mini fridge. You can enjoy a nice evening with our large outdoor fire pit with both benches and chairs. We have both a front patio with rocking chairs that allow you to enjoy your morning cup of coffee with peaceful seclusion and a back deck that plays host to a charcoal BBQ and hot tub for a late night soak.

Two main bedrooms sit upstairs one with a king size bed, full private bathroom with a smart TV. Bedroom two houses a queen bed, full private bathroom and smart TV. Located in the basement we have another king size bed with a shared full bathroom and smart TV. Lastly bedroom four in the basement houses a queen bunk bed with smart TV.

We ALWAYS suggest a 4X4 or AWD for anywhere in The Great Smoky Mountains during winter or when exploring the more rugged areas in the mountain. Our cabin does have paved roads and without any inclement weather any car should be fine but , we highly recommend a 4x4 or AWD when visiting the area.

Guest access:
No need to meet anyone for keys!  You will receive a text message 1-2 days before your arrival with your personalized access code on the number you registered with AirBnB.

Other things to note:
PLEASE READ ALL OF THE FOLLOWING! 

BOOKING: The exact address will be provided after your booking is confirmed. If this is your first time in the Sevierville area, we do recommend you arrive for the first time during daylight hours to get used to the mountain roads. We also recommend a 4x4 or AWD if it snows or there is any inclement winter weather. While a car won’t have any trouble getting up and down the hill our home sits on or the mountain roads, we highly suggest a 4x4 or AWD for better driving in the mountain areas.  

We have stocked the cabin with some start-up supplies such as, toilet paper, paper towel, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, garbage bags, pots and pans. Guests are responsible for bringing charcoal for the grill. However, you will likely need to supplement with your own during your stay. 

SMOKING: There is absolutely NO smoking in the house. Please remember that you are in a wooded area close to a National Park and fire is a real threat here. 

GUESTS: People other than those in the Guest party set forth in the on-line agreement may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person on the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.

PETS: Pets are NOT allowed. 

WATER AND SEPTIC: The cabin is on a well and septic systems. While it is safe to drink, we suggest bringing bottled water. The mineral content in the water is high.
