This cozy studio has a sleek interior. It is located on the 21st floor of Arch Tower, has a total area of 41 sqm, and has capacity for 3 guests.
The main room features a white queen-size bed dressed with fresh white linens and grey bed covers, with matching cushions and rug, nightstands with lamps, a chest of drawers, as well as paintings and decorations.
Next to the sleeping area is a cozy living area, with a navy-blue sofa bed for your extra guest, a coffee table, a TV, as well as decor items.
The room is well-lit, as the wall-to-wall glass doors let in natural light, and gives access to a private balcony furnished with a table and two chairs, and overlooking the breathtaking city views from above.

Next to the living / sleeping area is a nice kitchen filled with wooden cabinets and beige countertops, and has all equipment and tools you might need during your stay such as cooking basics, dishes and silverware, freezer, refrigerator, hot water kettle, microwave, oven, toaster, wine glasses, and a stove. In the open-kitchen space you can also find a dining table with two chairs.
There is one bathroom at the unit; it includes a bathtub with curtain, a washbasin and a toilet, as well as amenities like cleaning products, conditioner, hair dryer, hot water, towels, soap, toilet paper, and more.

The studio is equipped with safety equipment, such as carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and smoke detectors. It also has WIFI and air conditioner throughout the space. That, in addition to an iron, and a washing machine.

Dubai Arch Tower is a high-rise development, standing 153 metres tall, in Cluster G, JLT. This 41-storey, multi-use complex mainly has residential apartments, but you can find retail spaces and offices on the lower levels as well. Dubai Arch Tower Dubai enjoys a prime location in the bustling community. It is close to important commercial districts as well as popular restaurants, cafes, beach-side hotels and shopping avenues in the emirate. It boasts amenities for all family members, from young children to needy adults!
Facilities in the tower include a health club with fitness facilities like swimming pool and gym, a daycare center, and kids’ play area. The tower is also equipped with high-speed elevators, CCTV in common areas, and security personnel available in the community round the clock.
Finding public transportation near Dubai Arch Tower is hassle-free. Jumeirah Lake Towers has a user-friendly public transport system.

- BUS STOPS NEAR DUBAI ARCH TOWER:
In collaboration with Dubai Road and Transportation Authority (RTA), there is a network of public bus service that operates in JLT on two routes; JLT 1 and JLT 2. A shuttle passes through the community every 20 minutes.
- METRO STATIONS NEAR DUBAI ARCH TOWER:
Those who rely on the Dubai Metro can use DMCCMetro Station and Sobha Realty Metro Station, which are 3 minutes and 5 minutes away from the building, respectively.
- TRAM STATIONS NEAR DUBAI ARCH TOWER:
Other than metro station, for short routes one can use Dubai Tram. Residents can easily find a tram at the Jumeirah Lake Towers Tram Station, which is almost 6 minutes away from the building.

Jumeirah Lake Towers, commonly known as JLT, is a sought-after mixed-use community of Dubai. A project of Dubai Multi Commodities Center – DMCC, it is set around four man-made lakes and an area for parkland. With an easygoing community vibe and a range of amenities, JLT has become an ideal residential community for families as well as individuals who want to live close to the bustling Dubai Marina.Main attractions in the area include: Dubai Marina Mall, Ibn Battuta Mall, JBR Beach, Phobia Dubai, Escape Quest, JLT Park, and a wide range of restaurants and cafés in the area.The community offers direct access to Sheikh Zayed Road that makes the rest of Dubai more reachable. The residential hubs like Dubai Marina and JBR are minutes away from JLT if you are driving via First Al Khail Street. Also, There is the DMCC Metro Station which is right next to Cluster D and then the Sobha Realty Metro Station next to Cluster S. For other clusters there are the feeder buses JLT1 and JLT2 which are conveniently dotted through the area.

Before arriving to Dubai, please share all the guests’ passport information as per the Department of Tourism (DTCM) regulations in order to register your upcoming stay and avoid any unnecessary delays.
