Once a large working boat yard on the Kennebunk River, it has been transformed into 6 condos, each with its own nautical character. The views of the river and of the bridge into town make a peaceful backdrop for your vacation stay. Relaxing on the 4 season porch with the Jotel gas stove is cozy in winter, and bright and airy in summer. A short walk to the restaurants and shops at Dock Square, and only a mile to the Beach! Magical Holiday Getaway
The Boatyard was the ideal location for our Christmas celebration with its panoramic view of the village of Kennebunkport all decked out for the holidays. In addition the village was a short 5 minute walk to enjoy the festive atmosphere. The condo itself was great with an ideal layout, an incredibly well equipped kitchen, even for preparing an elaborate holiday meal and super comfortable, quiet bedrooms.

Delightful Stay in Kennebunk
We very much enjoyed Mary’s condo in Kennebunk. The location is perfect, we were able to walk to shops and restaurants. Also the fact it sits over the water made morning coffee that much more sweet! Mary was always available and so so helpful. We would stay here again!

Amazing Place
We had an excellent stay here. The place is immaculate, well supplied with everything. Great kitchen and the enclosed porch (with a stellar view) is a real highlight. It's actually very spacious, more so than the pictures show. Super easy walking to restaurants/shops (both on the Kennebunk and Kennebunkport sides of the bridge). Highly recommend!

My goal has been to give my guests a well-equipped kitchen, fresh comfortable linens and as many amenities as fit the property. My newest place in Kennebunk, Maine will follow those goals as well for an enjoyable relaxing stay.

Kennebunkport is a wonderful village on the coast of Maine, with terrific shops and restaurants, as well as proximity to a number of docks where captains of deep sea fishing vessels can take guests for adventures. There are beaches of all sorts close by, and shops with crafts and artwork galore!
