If you're looking for a serene getaway in the heart of Hawaii, our newly renovated cottage is the perfect destination for you. With a refreshing private pool and lush greenery surrounding the property, you'll feel a million miles away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
While units at this location all have a similar look and layout, units are assigned randomly and may look different than in the pictures. Our cozy Kuleana Green Cottage is perfect for couples and small families looking for a peaceful retreat. With a modest kitchen (mini-fridge, toaster, airfyer, hotplate, kettle), you can prepare your own meals and enjoy them in the comfort of your own private space.
Our Cottage is ideally located just a 30-minute drive from the breathtaking Hawai'i Volcanoes National Park and a short 10-minute drive to Keaau and 12 minutes to Pahoa, where you'll find plenty of restaurants, markets, and shops to explore.
Please note that there may be other guests staying in the neighboring unit and sharing the pool, but our guests always comment on the quiet and respectful atmosphere of the area.
At Kuleana Green Cottage, we want to make sure your stay is stress-free, so we're available on the property to answer any questions you may have. Our goal is to provide you with a safe, clean, and comfortable place to call home during your stay in Hawaii.

Nice clean place

We stayed for 2 nights while visiting Big Island on business. The place for perfect for our purposes, clean and well kept. There is a pool available on the property that we did not use- you will need to sign a separate waiver for this. The rental comes with a kitchenette that has the tools you need for basic food preparation, however, there is no bbq grill and no area to sit and hang out outside. If you're looking for a home base for a couple of nights, this rental is very much appropriate; it's like staying is a nice hotel room with a kitchenette. The owner was also very accommodating and helpful 👍

Great getaway location

Small cozy studio rental with all the amenities I needed. Huge bathroom, small kitchenette, large comfy bed and a pool! I absolutely loved staying here.
