Spring Break!
I can’t say enough great things about this property. It’s beautiful and it has everything you need plus some to enjoy time with family or friends. It’s close to the beach and activities. Deb is a great host and communicator. She really cares about your time visiting! We will be back!

BREATHTAKING, AMAZING, PERFECT
This is our second year staying in this home and I have to say, I can't think of a better vacation we have had. Deb and Scott make is so easy and the home is absolutely flawless. Every amenity is available and the location could not be better. We cannot thank you enough for opening up your incredible home to us. I am looking forward to making it a 3rd year next year.

Overall excellent stay. Great location with a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Property owners were great to work with and always responded quickly if we had questions. I highly recommend this listing.

Luxurious vacation rental
Loads of amenities, including kayaks, beach/pool toys, plenty of pool towels, well-stocked paper supplies/soap/cleaning materials, beach cart, etc. Wonderful view from the backyard and pier--including dolphins! Easy walk to the beach. Owners were very responsive to questions. A note for those with mobility issues--lower floor is only accessible by a spiral staircase (or through the outside). The Murphy bedroom does not have much buffer space with the bed pulled down, preventing use with walkers, etc. We had a fantastic vacation and highly recommend this property!

Marley Development is owned and operated by husband and wife team Scott and Deb. Native to Cleveland, Ohio, they own 13 rental properties in New Orleans at Tulane University and enjoy renovating and renting properties. While home base is Cleveland, they spend a lot of time in Indian Rocks Beach, Florida and NYC where 2 of their 4 children live. They personally manage all of their properties themselves so they are involved with and control the rental experience from start to finish.

They fell in love with this property in this amazing beach town and immediately started planning the ultimate luxury vacation rental - fully renovated in 2022 - this home has been completely upgraded and boasts 2 master bedrooms with en suites so 2 families could vacation together but separate on 2 different floors of the home.

Waterfront views! Walk to the beach and shops and restaurants! Fish from our private dock. Watch a movie in the recliners or hang out in the spa! This rental includes everything you need for the beach - umbrellas, cooler, chairs, beach wagons, beach toys.

Please note: This house has stairs! 14 of them to be exact! And a spiral staircase connecting the two floors. This is not a wheelchair accessible home.
