All 3 bedrooms in this ranch style home are located on the main floor for quick and easy access. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite with plenty of light and counter space for getting ready as well as a garden tub for the kids! The other two bedrooms offer a king and queen size beds, with bedside lamps and closet space.


Fresh towels, and linens are provided for each guest, as well as plenty of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap; Hairdryers are available in the property as well.

Guest Access:
Guests have private access to all 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, laundry room, and back yard. Only the locked owner's closet is unavailable. Plenty of parking is available in the driveway and on the street.

Self-entry via electronic lock, meaning quick easy access for everyone in the group. An early check-in may be requested, and will be accommodated if possible.

Other Things to Note:
The home is friendly to both pets and small children, pending they are house trained :). We do NOT allow cats. Any and all pets MUST be approved, requiring a non-refundable pet fee of $150 to be paid prior to check-in. Any unapproved pets will result in a $350 fine. If pets will be in the property over 1 week, MyTripify reserves the right to require guests to purchase travel insurance.

We provide starter supplies, enough for 3-4 day stays. It will be up to the guest to replenish those supplies for extended stays.
