Cocoonr is offering this charming house for rent in La Roche-de-Glun, with views of the mountains and the Rhône, complete with a swimming pool. It has a floor area of 240 m² and can accommodate up to 10 guests. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!

The rooms in the house are spread over three floors:

Ground floor:
– A garage (for storage only)
– A utility room with a washing machine, ironing board and iron.
– A separate toilet.

First floor (main floor):
– A 60 m² living room with a TV, fireplace and dining area.
– A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
– Bedroom 1 (air-conditioned): a double bed (140x190). This bedroom is suitable for guests with reduced mobility, with a lift and a ramp providing easy access to the garden and swimming pool.
– A shower room with shower and WC adjoining the bedroom.

2nd floor:
– Bedrooms 2, 3, 4 & 5: each with a double bed (140x190).
– A bathroom adjoining two bedrooms, with a bath
– A shower room
– A separate toilet.

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: a barbecue and a high chair.

Outdoors:
– A private (unheated) and secure swimming pool with an automatic roller cover, measuring 10 × 5 m, open from June to September, subject to weather conditions and temperatures.
– A 50 m² west-facing terrace with an awning adjoining the living area, featuring a sofa, a table and an electric barbecue.
– A second, 20 m² west-facing terrace, sheltered, with a table and a wood-fired barbecue.
– A third, 20 m² west-facing terrace on the ground floor, next to the utility room, with sun loungers.
– A fourth terrace of 15 m², facing west, on the 2nd floor, accessible from two bedrooms.
– A beautiful, private and fully enclosed garden of 10,000 m².

The house is ideally situated in La Roche-de-Glun, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…
