A perfect venue for the dream getaway. A beautifully appointed second floor, open floor plan one bedroom villa in the heart of Kiawah Island. Step inside this villa to hardwood floors, artwork, and an updated kitchen stocked for a chef. The spacious living area offers 180 degree lagoon views from the dining room and enclosed sunroom which gives this villa an open feel and more living space. This villa is a truly majestic place to have coffee or cocktails in the sunroom while enjoying nature in the lagoon, regardless of the season. The living room and sunroom have plenty of seating for guests or for a couple to lounge and relax. The bedroom has room for a sitting area and a king size bed. This villa is within 15 minutes walk or a 5 minute bike ride to the beach. Turtle Point Golf Course, The Sanctuary, and East Village Town Market are all within a 5-10 minute walk or bike ride for ease. You are positioned steps from the bike path for enjoyment of all of the activity Kiawah has to offer. End unit is peaceful and quiet. Linens, towels, and a starter kit of laundry and dishwashing needs provided. Grab your books or gadgets (wifi included), relaxing clothes, and a bottle of wine and enjoy!

We live in Charleston and love this villa. Clean, safe, private - and the 2nd floor view overlooking the large lagoon is so very peaceful. We just celebrated our 43rd wedding anniversary and had a very relaxing 4 night stay again. Thank you Suzanne (and Patricia)! Dave and Leesa, Mount Pleasant.

Kiawah Wedding Wonder

My wife and I were in town for a weekend to see our friends get married at Cinder Creek Pavillion. This villa is wonderful for a couple looking for a central location overlooking a beautiful lake in the Turtle Point area of the island. If we should find ourselves back on Kiawah Island, we will definitely be re-renting this place. The property owner Suzanne is very kind and prompt with message replies. She definitely made the entire booking/staying process seamless and easy. So, if you're a couple looking for a cute place on Kiawah, look no further! You have arrived.

Beautiful and very comfortable condo!

We had a wonderful stay at this perfectly appointed unit. It had everything you could need, nice quality linens and the bed was super comfy. There was a lovely welcome basket on arrival with local faves. Communication with owner/manager was great. We loved watching the wildlife from the sunroom!

Quick Getaway

Kiewah Island always a favorite of ours. This condo did not disappoint. Tastefully upgraded with the small screened in area changed to a nice sitting areas looking out at the water. Added amenities (bag of premium ground coffee) were nice touch.
