The private patio area provides plenty of lounging with a view of the lakefront surrounded by coastal palms, and the bright and open living area hosts plush seating, stylish furnishings, and patio access. You'll have a modern, well-equipped kitchen with granite counters, updated appliances, and seating at the breakfast bar. A private washer/dryer, beach chairs, cart, cooler, and beach towels are also provided. There is a variety of large pools and hot tubs throughout the complex, with water sports activities available, a private beach with access to beach chair rentals, an on-site fitness room, a mini-golf area, and on-site basketball and tennis courts.

Beach chair service rentals are available from 3/1-10/31. This is not included in this property rental.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
