Outdoor enthusiasts will love this spectacular and spacious 5BR/3.5BA townhouse! Drive 6 miles to the lifts, or find an abundance of hiking and biking trails in the Deer Valley area.

In the summer, enjoy the fresh mountain air on the deck, complete with stunning views of the mountains. Additional highlights include two living areas, a gas fireplace, private hot tub, and an upscale kitchen.

LIVING AREA

Relax in the stylish living area, furnished with a plush sectional. Make hot cocoa and curl up by the gas fireplace. Watch a new movie on the 75” cable TV.

A second living area has two sofa beds and a 55” cable TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

Start the day off right by whipping up a hearty breakfast in the modern kitchen, equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances.

Sip morning coffee at the kitchen bar, outfitted with seating for five. Dine together at the table set for 10. Additional dining space for two is available at the high-top table.

BED & BATH

The primary suite features a king bed, 42” cable TV, and en-suite with a double vanity and a walk-in shower with two separate showerheads and a built-in bench. The second bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed. A second bathroom has a double vanity and tub/shower combination. The third bedroom features two triple-decker twin bunk beds. (Please note that each bunk bed has a maximum weight capacity of 200 lbs.) The fourth bedroom has a queen bed, while the fifth bedroom doubles as a second suite and has a California king bed and TV with a DVD player. A third bathroom has a tub/shower combination. A convenient half bath is located near the main entry.

OUTDOOR AREA

Take in scenic views on the deck. In the evenings, treat yourself to an indulgent soak in the hot tub.

Soak up the sun by the shared pool (unheated), open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Shared amenities in the community clubhouse include a hot tub, exercise room, meeting room, and theater room. A 15-acre community park and trail system are also available.

AMENITIES & DETAILS

Complimentary Wi-Fi, a DVD player, a washer/dryer, and parking for three cars (two in the driveway and one in the garage) are provided.

LOCATION

Explore nearby Jordanelle State Park offering boating, fishing, and hiking. The Ross Creek Trailhead is 2 miles away.

Drive 11 minutes to the Jordanelle Express Gondola for a thrilling day on the slopes. In warmer months, cruise Deer Valley on mountain bikes, discover stunning hikes, or enjoy a guided horseback ride.

Venture 6 miles for skiing and snowboarding, as well as dining and apres-ski activities in Park City.

Head 15 minutes to Woodward Park City. Open year-round, this action sports destination and training facility has 60 acres of sports and mountain parks, lift-accessed snowboarding, skiing, and mountain biking, as well as skateboarding and BMX facilities.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
