Spend your lazy days of summer relaxing in this beautifully decorated three-bedroom courtyard condo overlooking the crystal clear waters of the courtyard pool. Summer Daze comes complete with a large screen TV, DVD player, and a stereo with an iPod docking station in the living room for family and guest entertainment.

The kitchen is well-equipped and ready for you to prepare your favorite meals. You will find top-of-the-line GE Monogram stainless steel appliances and granite countertops to make a wonderful cooking experience. Comfortable dining can also be enjoyed at the formal dining room table or catch a quick snack at the bar height granite kitchen counter stools.

After a busy day at the beach, you’ll be able to spread out and relax on the large queen bed in the main suite with a private bathroom. The flatscreen and DVD player will offer a chance to catch up on the news of the day or to relax with a favorite movie.

You’re sure to find the large private balcony a great place to relax with your morning coffee or simply to gather at the day’s end. Summer Daze is perfect for a young family, complete with a portable crib and high chair. In the parking garage storage unit, you will find beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and a beach cooler. There is also enough room to store all your favorite beach gear that you will want to bring as well!

The use of condo amenities (with no additional resort fee) includes three swimming pools, two libraries, and two fitness centers.

Things to Know
The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
