wonderful property for a family stay at Lake of the Ozarks. The location of the property is close everything in Sunrise beach. Your family should have a great time there.

We rented this house for a long weekend while ours is under renovation. It was perfect for us. The screen porch is a dream. We floated in the lake every day, there are lots of noodles in the dock storage room. The kitchen is nicely stocked and the grill was great. The steps are steep, inside and out, not a problem for any of us but the elderly. But we managed them anyway and it was worth it to have mom and dad on the dock with us. All in all a great stay.

This was our fourth summer coming here. Matt is excellent with communication and taking care of anything that you need help with. We love the screened porch and the two living spaces. Our twenty year olds can hangout downstairs and their parents and we can have the upstairs living areas. Great place to visit!

Outdoor screened in porch was great and the downstairs bar/patio was an hot spot for all of us to hang out! We took all the kids and they really enjoyed having their own space upstairs to hang out. Only thing this place needs is a little better parking, it was a tight fit for even 3 vehicles, we understood that it would be limited space for parking. Just saying if there was an options that’s about the only thing this house would have needed. We got along great with the owners they were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. FYI do not take your boat trailer to the house there is little to no space to turn around.

If you’re looking for a great space to spread out with easy access to the Lake, then this is your place! We loved having 3 king beds, plus the queen, bunks and sofa options. Beds, bedding, and towels were all really nice. Updated appliances and nice showers. We were very thankful for how well the AC worked too! Our group of 7 loved all the seating on the deck and patio so we could hang out together. Grocery store, gas, and local restaurant options are just a few minutes away. There are bugs and critters outside but it’s a rural area on a Lake so that shouldn’t be a surprise. The owners give great directions to get to the house and where to park. Made it really easy. Heed the signs and watch for lots of deer, cats, and dogs on the road to the house. And don’t get too distracted by the martians along the way! It was a great place to make memories.

We took a guys trip and had a wonderful time. The sleeping arrangements were perfect for a big group with lots of bedding options. The bar area out the back was a nice hangout. The dock was in a good spot with not lots of big waves from the main channel since its just inside a cove. The parking is not ideal if you're in large vehicles but you can make due. We found paid parking close by to store my boat trailer within 5 minutes of the property. We were all Very pleased with the home and would definitely stay again sometime.

Such a wonderful property. You can't beat the location of this house! The screened porch is fantastic, the "cove" is deep and large enough that boat traffic coming through isn't disruptive. We brought a 24' boat so it was WONDERFUL to have the boat slip. The driveway and parking area is very small. Not a problem for us, but good to know if you plan on bringing a boat. (I'd put it in the water before coming to the house.) We cooked at home each night but there were plenty of options nearby if we wanted to go out. Clean house, well appointed. We will DEFINITELY be back. Great owners with really smooth communication. Thank you for a wonderfully relaxing week that was, in fact, better by the lake! ;-)

This place did exactly what we asked of it. We had family in from both sides of the state over Memorial Day weekend and there was plenty of room for everyone. The dock isn't very swim friendly as it is at the end of the cove, close to the main channel and there is a lot of wake that crashes against it. This was a bit of a bummer for us but we found other ways to get in the water so it wasn't a major issue. The screened-in porch was amazing and where we all spent most of our time inside. We have two family members with mobility issues and they were able to enjoy the top floor of the house and lake views with limited help. Overall this place delivered what we needed and my parents and in-laws ejoyed the trip.

Amazing stay for whole family!

My whole family and I stayed over 4th of July and it was truly magical! So much space to relax, socialize, swim, and enjoy the lake! The host was extremely accommodating and responsive in our communications. We will definitely be back!

Another great trip

This was third year here and everyone wants to stay here again next year. Love the four bedrooms, two living room areas, screened porch, kitchen has most everything you need. It’s a quiet neighborhood and fun place to swim off deck.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. The entire house was clean, organized, and well stocked with all the essentials. The host responded quickly to all our communications and gave great instructions with maps to locate the property. The fishing was great. Our friends caught plenty of big catfish right off their dock! I would highly recommend this property to anyone!
