Less than an hour from Boston and just 2 minutes off Route 6 in historic Sandwich, our home features an upscale modern farmhouse vibe, with plenty of warm and welcoming spaces to house and entertain extended family for your vacation getaway.

You can easily spend whole days of fun swimming in the pool, sunning, playing games and relaxing right here at the house and on the pond across the street, while also using it as your home base with easy access to explore all that Cape Cod has to offer, including ocean beaches and golf courses just minutes away.

About the House

The main floor features reclaimed wood floors, a spacious living room with gas fireplace, comfy den, and gorgeous oversize eat-in kitchen with dining table that seats 12 people and island with breakfast bar seating. A great place to gather relax, cook eat and hang out! French doors in the kitchen open on to a mahogany deck with gas grill, overlooking a large furnished patio and beautiful heated pool.

Downstairs you'll find a game room with ping-pong, foosball, card table and a movie theatre stocked with DVDs and a Firestick to use for extended entertainment options.

Upstairs features two additional floors of flexible bedroom spaces to make sure everyone has a comfy place to sleep.

Central AC, fully equipped kitchen, multiple TVs with Firesticks, multiroom music system and Hi-Speed WIFI ensure all the comforts you need to vacation in style!

Touchpad lock on patio door enables keyless access.

Gorgeous house and pool

This was our second year staying in Rob and Noni’s house and we’re so happy we came back! The house is large with plenty of room to spread out, beds are comfortable and kitchen has everything you could need for meal prep. We spent most of the time in the gorgeous heated pool - plenty of floats and loungers to relax the day away. Inside there are plenty of spaces to spread out and read, watch tv, do a puzzle or play ping pong or cards. We felt right at home the week we stayed there. Communication with the owners was easy. Would definitely return!

Beautiful pool, picturesque freshwater pond, luxury home, ideal hosts, and fantastic Cape location

My family had a fantastic week. I can't say enough about the Sutherland's hospitality. It seemed like any question I asked was answered within a couple minutes. Most things that you could have a question about are either explained in the welcome pamphlet or they have been meticulously labeled. My family had some unexpected circumstances prior to arriving at the house. The Sutherlands went far above and beyond what could have been expected to accommodate our group. We had the pleasure of meeting them in person a couple times and they couldn't have been nicer people. The house itself is stocked with everthing we could have needed. The pool was warm, crystal clear, and very private. The whole house was clean and comfortable. The foosball table, ping pong table, theater, and stash of games/puzzles got plenty of use. Lawrence pond is really the standout for me. The water was unexpectedly warm and clear. It's mid August and there isn't a weed in sight. The kids jumped off the dock, swam, kayaked, fished, and chased minnows with nets. We went out fishing each morning and caught a few nice fish each day. Mostly smallmouth bass, but others as well. We would love to have the opportunity to stay again.

Beautiful House, Amazing Pool

Our family had a lovely week at the Cape. It was VERY hot and we spent many days just enjoying the gorgeous pool (especially our son!) We cooked in the kitchen which had everything you could need. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for our group of 7 to spread out. It was hard to leave the pool, but we did venture out to some of the local breweries, mini golf and delicious restaurants. We would stay here again! Rob and Noni were great hosts!

Beautiful Cape Cod getaway

We absolutely enjoyed out stay! The house is stunning and the pool was wonderful. It is exactly as shown in the listing! Noni and Rob are spectacular hosts, offering small details that personalize your stay. They were friendly and accessible throughout the week. This home will make your vacation on the Cape memorable!
