Our condo is perfectly situated on the 19th floor at Phoenix Orange Beach II with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom. With over 1,550 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!

Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach II condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 85” flat screen SMART TV with surround sound in the living room and a flat screen 55" SMART TV in the master, and a 55" Smart TV in the 2nd bedroom, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, two Queen beds in the 2nd bedroom, two chair twin beds in the living room for sleeping up to 8.

There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, large splash pad, heated in-door swimming pool, a large Jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.

There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. Any 2br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach II guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Beautiful Beachfront Stay

This property is very beautiful and well maintained. I think its nicest feature is the beautiful view. My family and I enjoyed sitting out on the patio and listening to the waves. I think that it had everything that our family of 4 needed. The gym in the facility was convenient for our use as well.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very spacious and modern with panoramic ocean views. The condo features a large balcony with comfortable lounge furniture, perfect for enjoying sunsets and views of the ocean. The interior was very clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The kitchen and bar are fully equipped and have everything you need. The bedrooms had great beds and the living room offers a cozy seating area for watching tv, hanging out or playing games. The location was perfect. This is an ideal retreat for a luxurious coastal getaway.
