No parking allowed on the street. Guests must be able to park in driveway and not blocking the sidewalk and/or part of the street. Additional guest parking spaces are available throughout the complex. No refunds for unexpected and out of our control events such as weather events, amenities closure for repairs. We will communicate of any community amenities closure as soon as we are notified by the community association.
