Vacation starts now: this charming Folly Beach home, just across the street from the sparkling sands, makes the perfect vacation getaway for a large family or group. Outside, you’ll find a small deck and shady patio, perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Inside, you’ll find tasteful, beachy decor and a living space spread over two levels. Hardwood floors throughout, fresh paint, lots of updates, and modern furnishings, will make you feel at home in no time. With matching hammock swings, the enclosed sunroom is the perfect place to while away an afternoon.

Two full kitchens boast all the appliances and counter space you need to cook up a feast - or just a snack for the beach. Two dining areas, two living areas, and four bedrooms round out your indoor space - but with a location steps from the beach, you’ll probably spend most of your time on the sand. At the end of a sunny day, fire up the gas grill to keep meal prep simple, or step out to one of many nearby on Center Street, just over a block away. Relax in the central air-conditioning at the end of the night while you upload the day’s pics, and get ready for another fantastic beach day tomorrow.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
