We had a great stay at the house. It's perfect. Four bedrooms with en suite bathrooms is great when it's separate couples staying there. Hot tub was great. It was hot and the game lounge was really neat especially with the stadium seating. Love the house and will probably be back.

The real Gem of this property is the garage out back. big tv comfortable seating, pool table and shuffleboard. We had a blast playing music and playing games. Also, the firepit and seating was great. This is the second time to stay at this location. It did not disappoint. The entertainment garage with the pool table, shuffleboard and TV separates this property from others in Fredericksburg. The house was clean and we had zero complaints.

Weekend couples getaway

This was the perfect property for 4 couples on a wine tasting weekend getaway. The property was well decorated and the beds were very comfortable. The entertainment barn provided a great place for those that wanted to stay up later without disturbing the whole group. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a really comfortable house with a great location. Our group was 8 adults. So fun to enjoy the town all day and then return to a super fun game room to continue hanging out together. Everything went smoothly, from check in to check out. I think our only complaint is we didn't have any paper towels so we really had to rough it. :)

House was a great set up for four couples. Living room and kitchen were spacious and updated. One side of the house was cooler than the other and my bedroom was hot. Also my drain in the shower did not drain very fast. The garage gameroom was fun but we were disappointed that we couldn't get football games on because there was no antennae or cable. We tried to log into espn app but was unsuccessful. We did not use the hot tub as it was small and not big enough for 8 people. Overall we had a great time and enjoy playing cards at the large farm table.

Great House!

We were 4 couples getting away before the kids go back to school. With 4 king bed rooms and 4 bathrooms, this house gave us the perfect amount of privacy. The game room was perfect for entertaining ourselves at the end of the day.
