Stroll 5 minutes to start your ski day at Snow Summit or simply walk out your door to local hiking trails. Walk 11 - 15 minutes to local dining options along Big Bear Boulevard.

You'll find waterside shopping and dining in nearby Big Bear Lake. In warmer months, set off on a kayaking or paddle boarding adventure right from the lakeshore.

Location is good, property managers will not answer emails in less than 5 days…. Water leak from upstairs bathroom falling in kitchen.

many issues with this vrbo stay
This location is right next to Snow Summit. Which is great except that check in is 4pm, Snow Summit day passes end at 4pm. By the time we checked in a mile away and got through traffic, we didn't get into the unit until 5:30pm. Not a good experience at all, and this was after asking if we could check in a little early and were told 'no.' Then the unit advertises sleeping for 4 and we were given 3 towels and 2 hand towels for 2 days rental. There was also no TP, 2 dirty pans in the cabinet (the other clean pan handle got as hot as the pan itself and burned me), the only glassware was 6 oz mugs, the master bathroom sink has an issue with the stopper and the master bathroom door won't lock. When I sent messages about these issues (after coming back from dinner), I was told nobody is on duty to address these concerns. My 16 year-old daughter could do a better job managing this place. Other than that it was great.
