Hardwood floors stretch out in the expansive, window-lined living room, while a gas fireplace adds warmth on cool days. Sink into the couch and matching love seat and play a game of chess, or simply relax with a movie on the TV. With custom wood cabinetry and granite countertops, the gourmet kitchen is a highlight of the home's charming interior. Two sinks, a stainless steel Wolf range, a wine fridge, and a large kitchen island with bar seating round out this stylish cooking space. Things to Know
Each booking covers two cars' access through the Pebble Beach Gate. If you have additional cars, you will need to pay additional fees there.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
