Welcome cruisers and beach goers to the perfect property and unbeatable amenities! Multiple units and locations available. We specialize in keeping our guests stress free, and our beach goers having fun and your Vaca a perfect one!

This is a house that has been divided into Individual Private Units and is set up to Host Vacations.
• 1/2 city block to the beach, • 1/2 block to Pool Oasis, 5 min to port, 15 min KSC and 45 min to Disney!
• 10 min to Downtown Cocoa Beach! Walking distance to restaurants, nightlife, shops, groceries and all that Cocoa Beach has to offer.
• Amazing outdoor space sit in in the back yard community space while you enjoy the pool oasis, propane fire pit, games, grills, seating and more.
• Beach gear, towels, umbrellas, chairs, and coolers.
• You will Be greeted with a welcome gift, your 1st beverage with snacks and your online Paradise Book. (Local Menus, discounts, attractions, maps, guides in unit)
• Free Wi-Fi, Netflix, Roku, Hulu, ESPN, Disney+ on the big screen TV
• Full private kitchen with everything you need.
• Private Bathroom stocked just in case you forget something (starter pack of toiletries)
• 2 bedrooms, living room and bathroom and a laundry machine located inside each unit!
• All Beds/ Pillows are Brand New, Deluxe, Hypoallergenic with waterproof cover. Plush robes, large soft towels, classy bedding.

House Guidelines
Additional $150 credit card hold is required through our text message application which will be sent to you day of check-in. This is for incidentals or house rules broken. All visitors breaking the following Guidelines are cause for immediate cancellation without refund and forfeiture of $150 CC Hold.
• This is a smoke free property.
• No personal mail delivered to this property is allowed.
• No unregistered guests, unapproved parties or large gatherings.
• Adults only, under 18 must be pre-approved
• 1 designated parking spot per unit per City of Cocoa Beach
• No street parking or parking at neighboring properties any street parking could be subject to ticketing or towed at owner’s expense.
• No pets.
• Pool hours 10am-10pm and quiet hours 11PM-7AM
• No late checkouts, if 30 minutes or more late there will be a $30 per hour charge. After 12:01 pm you will be charged additional full night’s stay.
• An additional 50 cleaning fee will be applied for units that are beyond the normal clean up or if checkout is not followed
• Do not disturb other guests or enter other units
• Cameras and decibel sensors installed in shared areas for safety. Please do not tamper with cameras sensors.

House Guidelines for Long Term Guests - 14 Days or Longer
• Additional security deposit may be required for stays over 30 days or more
• Mandatory 14-day cleanings for all extended stays. This basic cleaning will be done every 2 weeks Fee of $25

• Unit must be available for weekly pest maintenance. We will make guest aware when we need access.

zen den spring break

Over all the place was clean, and well stocked. Lisa was helpful and quick to answer question. The only issue was we could only park on car (we had 2). We had to find an overnight place to park the other car. We worked out a deal with the Best Western. It was like a scavenger hunt to find the laundry and pool. Clearer instructions and a detail map would have been help. I noticed several people in the guest book made the same comment about not being able to find the pool.

Just what we were looking for !

Everything was exactly as described. Mandy and Lisa were amazing hosts. They were quick to answer any questions we had. It was an easy walk to the pier/beach and a short ride to the cruise port. We will definitely be back before our next cruise.

Zen Den Stay

This property is a nice house that has been redone. The pool location is not convenient. Communication with Lisa was great! The property manager (Mandy) lives on site. She was not a pleasant person. There is a 2nd unit and we used a chair to relax that evening we checked in as there was 5 chairs & only a couple staying in the other unit. We got an email around 11pm because we used the other units chair. I guess this was done by Mandy as she came to the residence & had Lisa send the email. There are several cameras as well watching you as you’re outside. The neighbors were very nice. They recommended several places for us to eat and other places to visit. This is not a place we would go back to.

I chose to make Cocoa Beach my home! With a deep desire to help others and make people smile it seemed fitting to have some vacation rentals. My very 1st month I received over 30 amazing reviews from all my guests and was encouraged to get more. SO 1 vacation rental has now turned into 12 Vacation rentals in Cocoa Beach and 10 in Tennessee next to the famous Tail of the Dragon

All my units are tastefully decorated in a Fun Beach Theme, Stocked with anything you would need and then some. High End Beds, Sheets, Pillows, Robes and Towels were on the top of my list. You gotta Sleep good, Right!?
