It’s was a cozy little duplex in a great area of Cocoa Beach. The ability to get right on a main road to all the fun areas was great. They had a lot of things for our kids to do in the back room and outside. The swim spa was one of our kids favorite things to do after walking down to the beach and playing all day. Even our dogs were welcomed and they loved being out in the back yard. It was like being at home! We will be back again soon…

Brian was amazing with communication. You literally cannot ask for a better location. The beach is a 5 minute walk and downtown about 10-15 min walk. Kennedy Space Center was a quick drive and Epic Universe an hour away. Covers everything you’d love to do!

We really enjoyed our stay. Brian had everything you could need for the beach and all the house essentials ready to go, which made settling in super easy. Communication was great, too.We did run into a couple of things that were a little tough for our group. We were traveling with an 85‑year‑old, and the lack of steps or a walkway made getting in and out a bit challenging for her. The driveway was also a little tricky to pull into, especially for someone older.The only other disappointment was the hot tub. My daughter was really looking forward to using it, and we didn’t realize it had been taken down. Not a huge deal since the swim spa was there, but it would’ve been nice to know ahead of time.Other than those couple of things, everything was great. If VRBO allowed half‑stars, I’d definitely give this place a 4.5. Brian, thanks again for being so responsive and for providing such a well‑stocked spot for a beach trip.

It was dog friendly and close to the beach, from the backyard, we were able to see a night launch from KSC no problem. Lots of good places to eat nearby. Overall great place!!

We stayed here as part of our daughter’s 18th‑birthday trip, and it was a wonderful experience. The beach was just a short walk away, and the property had everything we needed for a perfect beach day — chairs, umbrellas, toys, and all the little extras that make things easy.The large hot tub was an especially great feature. We used it several times throughout our stay, and the kids loved relaxing in it in the evenings. The location was also fantastic, with shops, bars, and restaurants all very close by. We even took a couple of the cruiser bikes out one evening to explore the downtown area, which was a fun bonus.Having three bedrooms was amazing and made the stay incredibly comfortable — truly great value for the price. The host’s communication was excellent as well; they provided all the information we needed and were very easy to work with. The kids also enjoyed the games and mini‑golf setup, which gave them plenty to do during downtime.Overall, it was a great stay and a memorable trip for our family.

Nice location for the Surfing Santa’s and coconuts on the beach bar and restaurant . The family loved the Pac-Man game console and various other table games provided. We played a little yard mini golf and mini pool table game too. The swing and hammock with the fenced-in outside yard were an extra bonus. We even took a little bike ride and rode a few waves on the surfboard..super nice to have access to fun things to do.

Great beach bungalow -- just book it already! Two blocks from beach, places to eat and the Banana River. Beach chairs, umbrella, boards, towels, carts to make the haul easier.... All there for you to use. Bikes make it fun to get around as there are sidewalks all over. Plenty of bikes to pick from which made our stay great for a teenage daughter that likes to explore. Awesome place for young kids as there is a putting green, small hot tub and games! Comfortable beds and plenty of space for my small family. Fenced in yard and pet friendly was a win for us! Plenty of things to stay entertained, relax and renew. Host was exceptional with communication and let us check in early and even told us we could check out later than planned...which was a win!! Space launches can be watched from the beach which is fun. Great place to make memories and spend quality time together!

Great beach house in a quiet area!

We loved the proximity to the beach and downtown Cocoa, while enjoying a nice, quiet neighborhood. The amenities were great and my kids had a blast playing arcade games and ping pong.

Our stay after cruise 🛳

My family and I enjoyed our stay 💯..the backyard was big and my grandbabies loved the playroom. Everything was relaxing and very close to Everything.

Cocoa Beach vacation.

Stayed here almost two weeks with no problems. Loved the screened porch and short walk to beach.Property was clean and located in a safe area. Many types and styles of restaurants super close.I would stay there again with no hesitation.
