Just across the street from this home, the Deschutes River runs wild and deep. There's even a trail walk directly to the river! The home’s location in Sunriver, with proximity to golf courses and trailheads, makes it a great spot for a vacation getaway. During the winter months, visit Mt. Bachelor Ski Resort only half an hour away by car for skiing, snowboarding, and other ways to frolic in the snow. Go ice skating at the Village at Sunriver or rent a snowmobile at Cascade Lakes Adventures to get a firsthand look at the frosty landscape. For something a bit more mellow, try snowshoeing together before heading back for the evening.

This lovely home has a comfortable living room with a sofa, TV, and a fireplace for an extra cozy atmosphere. The open floor plan makes great use of space and allows guests to flow seamlessly between the common areas. Cook dinner in the well-appointed kitchen and dine at the table. Spend a sunny evening on the deck grilling a meal and reminiscing on a day well spent. At night, rest your head in one of the three bedrooms. The primary bedroom features an en suite bathroom and the balcony can be accessed via both upstairs bedrooms.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
