Good location, easy access to the lagoon / swimming pool. Some overall maintenance for the unit is needed. Carpets need replacing, throw rugs in bathroom were dirty, need to replace shower curtain, etc.

Really great stay for a large group. Had everything we needed as far as towels and dishes and pots/pans, a griddle, washer/dryer. Loved the roof top hang out with gas fire place and furniture. My boys soccer team hung out there and in the bunk room. Cool set up. The paddle boards, and spike ball were a plus. Easy walk to lagoon and pool. Desert color is an amazing place to stay

Coconut Cove 102

We had such a great time at coconut cove #102! We took our adult children for a family vacation and there was plenty of room for everyone! The place is very comfortable and quiet. We had so much fun on the scooters and paddle boards were fun too! We will definitely be back.

Clean, new, convenient

Condo is in a large development with ongoing construction a few minutes south of St George. The best parts for us were the condo amenities (rooftop deck, electric scooters, paddle boards), condo faces the parking lot for easy load/unload, and the heated pool and relaxing lagoon.
