Thank you for sharing your feedback. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know about your experience. We want to note that the access code issue was corrected immediately upon arrival so you were able to enter the home without further delay. The grill concern was also addressed, and the unit has since been repaired and secured for proper use. While neighboring sounds are outside of our control, we understand how that can be unexpected and appreciate your patience. Your feedback helped us resolve these items quickly, and we are grateful you brought them to our attention as we continue to improve the guest experience.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts on our property. We appreciate your compliments on the interior and backyard updates; we're glad to hear you find them stunning. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the neighborhood aspects you mentioned. While we strive to provide accurate information about the property, we understand that the surroundings play a crucial role in your overall experience. Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience! We're so happy the home provided a fun and relaxing space for your kids during spring break while also being convenient for your convention plans. It's great to hear that the little extras like the cappuccino machine and pool floats added to your stay! We really appreciate your kind words about our communication and are glad we could quickly resolve the minor issues you encountered. And thank you for your understanding about the surrounding neighborhood and airport proximity—we agree, the location makes it easy to get just about anywhere! Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed review. We are glad to hear you and your family enjoyed the home, the layout, the outdoor living space, and especially the pool. It is great to know the location and amenities worked well for your stay. We also want to address the concerns you mentioned. Since your visit, all of the issues noted have been fully resolved. The entry hardware has been repaired and is functioning properly, the grill has been addressed, and we have implemented additional checks to ensure everything is in good working order prior to arrival. Additionally, the home is now enrolled in a scheduled trash service that brings the bins to the curb and returns them based on the city collection schedule. This ensures trash is handled consistently and avoids any issues for arriving guests. We appreciate you bringing these items to our attention, as feedback like this allows us to make improvements quickly. Thank you again for staying with us and for highlighting both the positives and areas we have since corrected.

Thank you, Savanna!
