Welcome to our condo, "Bama Blue Waves", at Cotton Bayou in the heart of Orange Beach! Come enjoy our freshly decorated and updated 4 Bedroom/2 Bathroom that comfortably sleeps 10. The condo is located just a short walk to the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Cotton Bayou Condos is a very family friendly low density complex with an outdoor pool and its very own boat launch and docks. This is truly a rare gem of Orange Beach giving you access to both the beach and the bay!!

Condo has 4 bedrooms (one of the bedrooms is an upstairs loft) and 2 full bathrooms. Enjoy the spacious master bedroom with king size bed, on-suite bathroom, and private balcony access. There are 2 guest bedrooms, one with a king size bed and one with a queen. The upstairs loft has 2 full size beds. Every bedroom has been updated with brand new memory foam mattresses and smart Roku TV’s. With the free WiFi, you will be able to stream from any of your favorite services like Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, HBO Max, etc. (login/passwords will not be provided). It will automatically log you out at the time of your checkout. If you don’t have any of those programming apps; no worries, you also have the choice to watch cable!

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to prepare a great meal for the family. The kitchen offers brand new almost everything from pots and pans to kid’s plastic cups and trays! It is furnished with a dual Keurig Coffee Maker that offers both drip coffee or coffee pods, dishes, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, oven, dishwasher, 2 blenders, toaster, silverware, tupperware, mixing bowls, strainers, new steak knife set, soda glasses, juice glasses, wine glasses, and almost every kitchen utensil out there. We have also left some yummy spices for you above the microwave. *Please note that we have designated the closet by the front door as a pantry closet.

You also will also have access to the locked outdoor storage area for your own personal beach toys! That includes the use of our wagon, beach umbrella, beach toys for the kiddos, and tennis rackets that are already stocked and ready to go in the outdoor unit for you!

Bama Blue Waves offers free starters for guests upon arrival. You will see that the coffee station offers Folgers coffee packs, Keurig cups, sugar, cups with lids and sleeves, and creamer. There are dishwasher pods under the sink, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent pods for the washer, dryer sheets, as well as shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion in each bathroom.

*Please Note: This private rental is located on floor 3 (top floor). There is no elevator. You will have to climb 3 floors of stairs. This unit consists of a "loft" that should be closely monitored and supervised with the presence of any small children. Please utilize this area at your own risk.

***We do not allow cancellations based on inclement weather. If there is a hurricane and the area is being evacuated, then refunds/cancellations will apply.

****There is a video doorbell located at the front door. This doorbell detects motion and records video with sound.

*****After booking, you will be required to provide a photo copy of a government issued identification to verify age.

Cotton Bayou is unique because it is extremely close to the beach but also has its own private boat launch, boat docks, bay fishing, and fish cleaning station. Access to the boat slips are first come/first served and are $105 for a 7 day stay (25’ max and proof of insurance required). Bring your kayaks/paddle boards/fishing gear as you have direct access to the bay.
